I bought this to replace a Roland keyboard amp. My main use for this is small (50-100) audience settings where it's the PA system for myself and 2 others. We use all available channels.
The amp is quiet, though there's a noticeable hum if you're running off batteries and not grounded.
The sound is clean and tight. The first channel, designed for instruments only, has 3-band EQ with an "acoustic" boost. The other 3 channels have 2 band EQ.
The system is surprisingly loud for such a small driver and relatively low powered amplifier.

I play bass, my wife and the other player both play acoustic guitars. All 3 instruments use passive pickups.
Musical style: Christian praise & worship.
We were looking for a clean sound, no distortion. This has it.

I haven't had it long enough to really tell. It's solid state, and the construction looks pretty good overall.
