This cost me $1200USD and was outfitted with a Master Volume control. Its a two channel amp with a rhythm clip. It a clone from a very well known guy in Malaysia, Nik. And, it came stock with JJ's. I gave it an 8 in this category because it's only a two channel and you can't get great cleans or a super high gain. It does have the best Marshall crunch I have ever heard though.

I use a Ibanez RGT42SE with an EMG 81 in the bridge and a 60 in the neck. I also have a Epiphone LP that has an EMG 81 bridge, 85 middle, and 60 in the neck w/ a 20db switch, tone expander, and 9v/18v switch. I use this amp in stereo with my H&K Triamp MKII and a Marshall 1960A cab. Ok now for the good part. If you are looking for a crunch machine that takes overdrives really good, this things for you. I use it a lot in stereo to give that lean high gain distortion some depth. I also use it a lot to record loops. This thing is just the best sounding marshall on a marshalls good day. Those guys at Ceriatone really know how to make an amp. I really can't descibe this thing enough.

WOW!!!! Nik worked with me so much on this amp. I asked for a master volume and then later asked him to throw in a couple of more goodies. They wouldn't fit but damn did he try. He put up with my BS too. What a great team. These guys are truly what every other company should strive to be like.

If this thing were lost or stolen i would get another one immediately. I can't believe I was missing this for so long. It was exactly what I wanted.

Released in 2009, this is the ceriatone version of the famous Marshall Silver Jubilee 2555. For those that don't know, it's a dual channel head with shared EQ and rythm clip (diode clipping) circuit and great fx loop. Not the most versatile amp ever, but does what it does fantastically well. Amp is switchable from 100W down to 50W via a pentode/triode switch.
I play a bit of most things. Rock, blues, jazz and a little classic metal. The amp will do the lot with alacrity! The overdrive is tight and rich but retains amazing clarity. It sounds like the best Marshall Jube I've ever heard on its best day.

Using it with a Gibson LP Studio with Alico II Pros and a strat with a SD hotrails in the bridge and lil 59 at the neck.
This amp just brings out the best in every guitar. Overdrive is great, as mentioned and the underrated clean is lovely. It breaks up a little under heavy attack but sounds sweet and organic when played softly. Note this is not a sparkling fender clean, but a good marshall clean at its best.

Haven't had it that long, but having taken it apart the construction's absolutely impeccable. Even down to using solid wood on the cabinet. The soldering work (it's all point to point wired) is unbelievable. You don't see quality like this any more!

Nik is brilliant. He really is. He put up with all manner of hassle and "is it done yet?" questions from me without ever telling me where to go (and believe me, if the situation was reversed, I'd have snapped long ago!).
Would recommend them for the quality of service alone!

I am just blown away by this company. Put it this way to you, I'm thinking of selling my 2203 and getting a ceriatone in its stead. They're that good.
Sell your granny/kidney if you have to, but buy a ceriatone today!
