Super Clean Amp. should be idea for rockabilly tones, goes well with the clone centaur distortion pedal. Nik has two strats at his workshop, According to Nik the red strat has the pickups replaced, hence it sounded fierce when strum/picked hard.You can get some cool SRV tones from it. I'm not into playing, sad to say, i collect amps.
2 channel amp.You definately can stick two guitars into it.
I nevered heared a fender Twin before, it cost an arm and a leg over here in Malaysia, besides that the authorized sole distributor for fender(Malaysia) takes decades to bring in high end stuff or only with a deposit.
The sound is clean, crisp & LOUD for a 30watter, ran the amp into a marshall 1922 cabinet at home.
Oh yes, the amp came with an impedence selector, so there's flexibility(4,8,16ohm)
The amp features a Marshall style chasis(aluminium).

2 x Sovtek 5U4G (Rectifier)
2 X EH 6L6GC(Power)
3 X EH 12AY7(preamp)
1 X j/j 12AX7(preamp)

So far, tested the amp on a strat, LP, Ibanez SemiSolid.
I would recommend a LP, if you want that thick rich tones.
Depends on the style of the individual, but a distortion pedal is essential if you want a wider variety.
Go ahead, crank up the amp, we tried it at Nik's workshop and also at home, no problem, just remember to located the amp as far as possible from the speakers, the amp came without the wooden enclosure, so tubes will rattle if you place it on top of the speaker.
Very basic tone, the controls are presence, bass,treble,and two volume knobs
Remember the 5U4G from Sovtek emits plenty of heat, so stay clear of it can have a carpenter built a wooden enclosure for the amp.

The amp is PTP, should last for decades.
Amp is new, has not broken down.
I have dealt with Nik before, service is excellent, if anything breaks down, he will fix it.

Very helpful service from Nik, Sham and gang from Ceriatone.
Warranty is life time for the amp, but for the tubes I think 3 months.

So far I have purchased the JTM45, 1974X(head) and recently the Twin from Nik. I have asked Nik to make a matchless HC30, i just have to wait until he completes it, will totally rock.
In addition i have a JTM30 combo from Marshall.
If the amp was stolen/lost, i just have to buy another one from Nik.
Everything on the amp is cool, however since this is a prototype from Nik, there were no front & rear face plate included, as there were constraints in sourcing the parts.But nevermine.
mmmmm, maybe a half power switch.... would be ideal.
