By modern day standards, one might scoff at the controls offered.....Two differently voiced input jacks, 2 volumes, high, mid, low, and a presence knob. I would argue that many different shades of tone are afforded from this "spartan" layout just by riding one's guitar volume alone. One can also gain more tonal possibilites by jumpering the two different channels together with an effects loop cord. I prefer to plug into the top II input, with just a hint of vol. 1 up for a touch of brightness.
I guess the bottom line for features is the quality of sound afforded by whatever amount of controls the unit possesses.....one can have 20 different knobs and yet, have an endless variety of garbage being pushed through their speakers.

A perfect 10 from me, no hesitation. I realize that the fashionable way for one to run a Marshall is with everything on 10.....I like this method, yet, I have found that this amp sounds good with the volume knob 1/4 up and beyond. Sometimes, I actually prefer running this unit at a shade above quarter volume for a healthy dose of headroom.....This amp takes to effects as well as any other amp I have owned (including Dr. Z's!) Distortion units all BLOOM with this amp. I will also add that this is the first amp that sounded good to me w/o a reverb unit.
With additional effects units, I have a versatile amount of sounds to choose from, with a minimal amount of effects on the floor. A silicon fuzz face clone, a treble booster, and a Danelectro echo unit affords all the tones from Hendrix to Gilmore to Townshend with a minimal amount of tweaking the stompboxes.... On top of riding the guitar's volume, I constantly ride the volume of the amp during a night's performance, as this DRASTICALLY affects the behavior of my sound.
My amp is ran into an Avatar open back 2x12 equipped with British Red Coats.......(Great Fanelike quality and very hard to break up)......I can run lots of bassy fuzz face sounds into these without a muddy mess at high volumes. I realize that along with not diming my amp, this is another "heresy" concerning Marshall style amps, but it works for me!!!

Have gigged it regularly......No problems thus far!!! The point to point wiring is clean and beautiful. Fixing this amp would be easy if there ever was a problem.

Nik Azim is the man!!!! He will email back timely and helpful responses every time one has a question. Do not hesitate to work with him! Do not hesitate to buy an amp from the other side of the world! You will feel that you are purchasing an item from your neighbor next door! I am very hard to please, Nik has satisfied me on a professional level, and also on a sonic level. Kudos!

This amp is the bee's knee...........It sounds terrific.....It's like playing Black Sabbath at 78 speed backwards........
Seriously though,
It can be quite fearful sounding........
There is a black and white picture of Pete Townshend playing a dance at a British college in 1967, where he is leaning back in an ecstatic, eyes closed, gutteral, just whacked my guitar as hard as I could pose. Near the stage are these "Debutante Daisies," boyfriends in tow, with their hands over their ears in seething pain......
This amp can do this.

Straight up Marshall 100 clone with simple Presence,Bass,Mids,Treb EQ with no extra gain stages to trash the tone up. Two channels with Hi and Lo input jacks you can chain together for that classic thick tone. Point-To-point wiring and quality craftsmanship. If you need high-gain to play these, dont bother because its all about tone baby.

Strap on your Axe and hold on, this amp Rocks with pure 60's-70's vibes that will knock your socks off! It can really be LOUD if you dont use a Load box, but it can easily be dimmed out with one and you will be impressed. I can dial in the classic tones from the 60's,70's,80's and not need any extra stomp boxes or digital rack gear to cluster up everything. I've owned many original Marshall amps,Carvin,Boogie,Soldano etc. and this amp still has more vintage vibes than all of them put together. EVH,no sweat ! It's got gain that i d9ont even use my OD pedal for gain boost anymore. The best sounding clone i've ever used.

This is the first time i've bought a custom clone amp built for me that i'm totaly happy with. From the time i ordered the amp to receiving it, it only took 14 DAYS. How is that for service and the price is way cheaper than all the other custom amp builders. I will be buying alot more from Nik@Ceriatone in the future before he catches on and jacks the prices.
