It has an In and an Out ports in back. It has 2 channels; clean and non-clean. The clean channel is good for adding effects into but doesnt sound that good on its own. I use it for band practice and although it is quiter then your standard 15W amp it does the trick. It also has 4 knobs that control bass, treble, ect... and you can get lots of sounds out of those.

Sound Quality : 9
It sounds great when I hook it up to my DS-1 distortion pedal to get 2 different levels of distortion. It can produce a little bit of feedback when on full, but nothing too bad. It produces all kinds of sounds, and I got it to go with a lot of different types of music. The clean channel has very very little feedback on its own. The distortion (gain knob) sounds really nice. It wont get super loud though.

Reliability : 8
I lug this thing around to band practices for the last few months and it has never failed me, even after hours of use.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
Best deal i've ever gotten on an amp. I would totally get like 4 of these to make a nice little stack that can produce a wide variety of sounds. It's better then more expensive amps with the same wattage.

This is a Charvel by Charvel/Jackson Ch-200 Combo amp that I believe to be a 1993 model. I bought this used,(no paperwork) so I'm unsure of the exact output of this, but I'm told that it is a 20 Watt amp.
It has a single 8" speaker, and is very compact, indeed. But it has deluxe features that you seldom find in a practice amp. This is a Split-Channel amp, that is foot-switchable! It features a headphone jack, and an effects loop.(Unreal!) It has 4-Band EQ, including a presence control,(My Marshall Lead 12 doesn't even have that) and you can get more tones out of this, than any amp this size that I've seen before. Killer clean channel, for a solid-state model.

Sound Quality : 9
Again, it IS a practice amp, but this amp will play any style well. I have played my Les Pauls, Tele, Strat, and even a Charvel through it with no proplem. I play mainly Blues/Rock, but it's variety of tones make it conducive to anything I've attempted with it. My father, used to a Blackface Super Reverb, even found the tone quite tasty! It overdrives well, or you can crank up the front end for some Super Metal.

Reliability : 10
I bought this used, a year and a half ago, but have had NO problems with it. And I've driven it pretty hard.

Bought used, so I've never dealt with them, but again, I've never needed to.(isn't that the point?)

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing since the mid-seventies, so I've owned a number of amps, but currently my main amp is a Johnson Millineum 150, although I also own several Marshalls, plus Peavey/Boogie/Harmony/Gibson gear.
I own several practice amps, but this one is by far the most versatile. While a Pignose is great for it's simplicity, this is the other end of the Spectrum....Lot's of QUALITY features in a small package.

2 channels, no reverb, 20 watts, solid state, 8 in. speaker I think, effects loop, 4-band eq. This amp is quite loud for 20 watts. If you turn it up past 12 o'clock, it starts to distort. Enough features for me, should've gotten the reverb model

Sound Quality : 7
Sounds just like what it is- a practice amp. Distortion channel sounds okay when you turn it up. It is a little noisy when you turn it up alll the way. The clean channel can turn into crunch when you turn it past halfway.

Reliability : 10
Worked since the day I bought it. Solid State- I don't expect any problems with it.

I've never had to deal with the company

Overall Rating : 9
It is a good deal for the money. I wouldn't buy it again, only because I need something bigger for playing in a band. I wish I would've bought the reverb model.
