This is 2000 model 2x12 cab that was hand built by Steve
Collins in Hermiston, Oregon. It is an exceptionally well
made cab that is wired at 16ohms in series.
I am currently running it out of a 1994 Mesa Booogie
Tremoverb combo. I run the combo and the cab together
to get a nice mixture of tones. The cabinet is loaded with
2 12in Eminence Legend V12's. These speakers are voiced
very similarily to the Celestion Vintage 30's that are made
for Mesa Boogie. (they are slightly different than the
normal Vintage 30's. They are not as bright). The only
difference between them is I think that the Eminence
have a tighter low-end. The cabinet is constructed of
oak instead of birch and seems to resonate better.
The baffle is all oak too whereas a lot of major
builders use pressboard.

I am using a slew of guitars thru this cabinet.
1.Us tele with seymour duncan lil 59 in bridge and
texas special in neck.
2. G&L legacy special with hot rails
3. Us Strat with hot rail in bridge and stock single coils.
4. Gibson Les Paul DC Standard with 59 in neck
and JB in bridge.
This cabinet sounds amazing with all the above guitars
and the mesa combo.

I have spoken to Steve Collins several times and
he is very helpful and courteous. He is willing to
help design special cabs with special options. He
also makes a series of single channel boutique heads
but I have not yet played one.
