The Blutbad 100 is a single channel high gain amplifier point to point wired head with high and low inputs, bass, mid, treble, presence, gain, and master controls, with 4-8-16 ohm switchable output transformer constructed by Craig Collins of Collins Amplification. The Blutbad 100 runs 4xEL34 output tubes, and 3x12ax7 preamp tubes. No effects loop or any frills. It's built for one purpose: to melt the walls down!!!! Despite its single channel and propensity for sheer brutal tones, the Blutbad is suprisingly versatile with exceptional mid-gain and clean tones.

The Blutbad 100 head and cab deliver sheer MONSTEROUS walls of sonic
devastation. The amazing thing about the amp is how responsive and
articulate it is for a higher gain amp. Notes just ring out with
immediate clarity-there's no mud!!! The amp is also extremely
versatile for a single channel high gain amplifier-tones range from melt the walls down to semi-distorted, to yes, even cleaner tones!!! The amp works very well with pedals, and is also extremely quiet-one of the quietest high gain amps I've ever played. Should I also mention it's LOUD? This amp could kill small children with the horsepower it's packing under the hood!!!! The matching 2x12 cab works great with the amp. It handles all the devastation the amp can muster!!!!

The build quality of the amp is truly exceptional. All work is
performed by Craig Collins, who painstakingly builds the amp from the ground up-nothing but the best parts---PERIOD. I have no doubt this amp will last a lifetime, and if any problems were to arise, Craig would immediately provide the resolution. The point-to-point wiring is simply a work of art to behold!!!!
