I ordered this amp from Craig after my buddy Carl turned me on to some mods that Craig had done for him. As I understand it this is tweaked variant of the 1987/1959SLP Marshall plexi type circuit which is what I was about to order from Guitar Center. It's a two channel amp with bright & normal inputs, a volume for each, bass, middle, trebel and presence. A multitap 4/8/16 ohm selectable output and two jacks to split the load should I run two cabs. The amp has four EL34's and three 12AX7's. The power is enough to singe your eyebrows! For features it's not about lights & spinning standby light displays, only what you need. I ordered it without reverb so I'm not going to discount it for that. It's got an external bias pot and test points, but but I would like to see a lighted display panel(had to come up with a reason to give it a 9 instead of 10).

Sound Quality : 10
This amp has reinvented what I thought tone was! I quite literally can't stop playing it. I play Rock, Blues and even Jazz(had a polytone for that which I sold after hearing this)with this amp and have yet to get a bad tone from it! Single coil Strats, Teles and PRS humbuckers sound better than I've heard in a long time. Most 100 watt amps sound like mush at low volumes but this one oozes amazing clarity and string definitionat 2 on the volume knob. I rarely turn it up but like to know the power is there should I need to. I play alot of outside venues and have yet to have anyone not hear me with this amp. Great tone, sustain, string definition mixed tightly in a warm punchy package. I sold the polytone and now I'm selling my HotRod Deville. This amp does it all!

Reliability : No Opinion
I know Craig will stand behind this amp as long as he is in business, plus it's built like a tank, even balanced to carry correctly with the USA transformers at each end so it doesn't wobble when you walk.

Customer Support : 10
When I oprdered this amp I called him almost daily for a week before I made up my mind. Always polite & friendly and delivered on time.

Overall Rating : 10
This was his Protype amp, #1 of the 100 watt Soho's so he gave me a price break. After lugging it to gigs and getting the crowds reactions, and increasing my practice time because I love the tone, I have to give this amp a 10. I've compared it to JMP's, JCM's and DSL's. They all have a great Marshall vibe(um they are Marshalls) but none do it as sweet as this amp. I don't know if it is compression at low volumes or something about the tone circiut that does it but it just sounds better, more full & 3D at low & moderate volumes than the Marshalls.
