This amp has three channels clean light distortion for classic rock sound (AC/DC,Aerosmith,ext.)and heavey distortion for that nice bottom end crunch. It has two 12 inch speakers and a massive 120 watts of power.Along with the 3 channels it has the flexwave feature on it which is built in effects such as flanger,delay,chorus,and chorus/delay.The chorus/delay sounds great on the clean channel.The thing that bothers me the most is the speaker makes a weird vibrating buzz sound when I hit the low e string.I mainley play this amp at home in my basment, it defenatly has enough power to shake the place.If you want loudness there is plenty of that I'v gotten my parents pissed off more than a few times.

I play a Les Paul standered through this amp and it sounds great.I play alot of metal especialy Metallica and the distortion works great for type of music for a combo.One thing about the distortion is it has alot of feedback although I do put the gain setting at 6 through full.As far as the clean tone goes that is good to.It's especially good when you take all the mids out of it and put on some chorus and reverb.The tone of this amp is good but the thing that bugs me is that feedback and the weird buzzing vibrating nois I hear out of the speakers.

This is a good dependable amp although I should say I'v only had it for a month.I can't say if I use A Backup or not because I'm not in a band. It's worked without any problems every time I'v used it, and I use it at least two houres a day.

It has a five year warranty.I'v never had deal with them and I'v owned Crates for five years.

I'v been playing for about 4 1/2 years and It's the combo I'v ever played intermediat players.If it was stolen I'd probley get A half stack of some sort they have more Bottom end.If your looking for a combo amp with a great All around sound espesially distortion you should check this out.

This is a great amp. It has 115w powering 2 12" speakers giving it a stereo sound. It's a solid state circut, but has the Flex Wave Evolution 5 circut, which gives it a tube amp sound. It has an onboard DSP(digital signal processing), which gives it 10 built in effects which are slapback delay, long delay w/regeneration, light flange, heavy flange, slow chorus, fast chorus, chorus w/small room reverb, chorus w/large room reverb, small room reverb, and large room reverb. This amp has three channels on it. A clean channel, a light distortion channel that works great for smooth sounds and solos, and a heavy distortion channel to give your sound an extra crunch. It has an effects loop if you want to loop your effects. I use this amp in a small band that me and my friends have. I definately has enough power. When I first got it I asked the drummer what I should set it at and he said 7, so we tried that and you couldn't even hear the drums, so I had to tone it down to 5. It also has an extention speaker jack so you can even hook it up to a 4x12 cabinet or two.

I am using a Peavey Predator AX with this bad boy. Don't even ask what kind of pickups are on it because they don't make it anymore and it didn't come with an owners manual. All I know is that it has a double coil pickup and two single coil pickups. If you play this amp loud you need some open space because if you're in a small room, you'll probably blow out your ear drums. The clean channel always stays clean too. I've played it on 10 and it wasn't distorted very much. You could hardly tell. The distortion can be smooth and sweet or it can scream, and I mean scream. I also use a Zoom 505 ffects processor through it. This works great.

I just got this a couple weeks ago so It's never broken down before. I would use it at a gig for sure and it has a five year warranty on it so if it burns up I get it fixed for free.

I've never had to get it fixed so I don't know how the company is but it has a 5 year warranty.

This is a great amp like I said and I would buy it again.
