all lamp combo with Digital built-in effects. it uses EL-34 lamps for power i believe. 2 chanels wich keep the last effect assigned to it the last time it was used. and more stuf that I didn't bother to check-out

I own a crate GXT-100 combo wich is an Hybrid and this VXF blows it away EASY!!. the clean sound is cristal clear and every effect is usefull. I didn't get the chance to try it out at loud volumes to see how the distortion sounds. so I won't put any marks. but from what this amps has blown out (using a godin LG with seymour-duncan P-90s) It rocks.....

i did put an 8 for my GXT-100..but that was then....so consider this 8 like so: Considering the short glimpse i had for this amp and sounds great and if the rest is anything close to what i've seen so far...this amp is one off the best or THE best crate has ever put out, quite pricy but worth it
