1953 Danelectro Leader. Not the most versatile, not spose to be.
tone vol. 3 inputs. Perfect for old bluesy rock. This is not a very loud amp , might need new tubes or more. all works though. sounds incredible. Didn't use to think a lot about tone. Warm, like a good shot of tequila.Tubes are 2526gt,25l6gt,25l6gt,6sj7,6sj7 Amp is all point to point. 12" rola speaker, rating scale isn't fair because it doesn't have a lot of features but you don't want alot. would like to know what other tubes would work. if any

I own mim feder strat, dean tonic, dano 56 reissue, epi wildkat, washburn I64. All alittle different in the obvious ways. Spose best with the fender. Don't play that well yet goof off at family jams. A lot of people(some old crusties with a little history) say it sounds good damn good. Breaks up nicely at 1/2 to3/4 tone tone tone

Have no idea only had it a little while, but for that little while, I've been playing quita bit, no problems, not the loudest but I have a feeling the tubes are original. Because of age, although very solid I give it a 7, something gotta go sometime.

Been playing on and off for several years, like I said never thought much about tone but, damn it gets you and makes you want to play Ive had different amps and still do Silverface vintage fender twin reverb, vox cambridge 30 and old airline They would all go before the Dano, Strange but true.
