Amp purchased new from Demeter can not commment on features amp came with a horrible buzzing noise that occured after 15 minutes of play

Utilized a 1980 Les Paul with humbuckers, 57 Fender Strat with single. Amp was very noisy: WHEN IT PLAYED it was very good one of the best I have ever heard but problem is it only played for about 15 minutes then would break up.

HORRIBLE: These guys had me do everything, new power tubes, new sound tubes, try a new speaker ( all at my expense). I sent it back and have not heard anything. It has been over a month and they have not credited my VISA. This thing was OBF ( out of box failure) they never got back to me and told me what was wrong with the unit. They never got back to me period. No manual, no support just a dead amp.

HORRILBE - They never return calls or emails. I will probably have to dispute the charge on my Visa to get my money back. I did all my homework and these guys were highly ( HIGHLY ) recommended. But they screwed me and to me that is all that matters. Buyer Beware.

My rating is do not buy anything from this outfit. They product is unreliable and you will have to fight to get your money back. I know this sounds contrary to everything that I had read about the company but they took me and caused me alot of trouble trying to debut the problem. Then not crediting my Visa caused major hassle while on tour, stay away from these guys.
