I bought the Amp in spring 2007. I use this Tube Amp for Metal, but it does Blues and Jazz also with awsome tone. For Rock I prefer my Marshalls for more dirt.
3 completely equipped induvidual Channels from clean to insane distortion. Two Fx loops, Midi intergration for channel switching, two Master Voloumes, Extra Mid cut switch and connection for two cabs.
Only few competitors deliver more.With 180 Watt its very powerful and delivers a georious tight bass.

The clean channel is modern and sparkly, going in the Fender direction but with its own caracter. Not my cup of tea, but 100% useable. The 2nd Channel is simpy awsome. Riffs with a lot of distortion come bonedry out of the cab,with fantastic contour. It goes from clean to insane lead. The distortion can be easily controled by the voloume knob of the guitar , from distortion to crunch to clean without loosing voloume or highs. The character of the guitar is shown very well by the amp, never heard something like this by any other amp(Marshall,Mesa,VHT,Triamp,Fender , you know, the normal stuff) .
This is the center channel of the amp in my sight.
Channel 3 delivers even more distortion( Channel 2 already gots more distotion than you will ever need), but the tone is weaker and mor creamy. Good for a louder Leadsound in a heavy set.
The Amp is very very quite without a noisegate. I use it with a 412 Engl cab with vintage 30 speakers and it records very well. The Amp will perform very different with different cabs. The Mesa Cab sounds nice ,but much softer, the Marshal cab won??t work at all, The Krank cabs didn??t came near the Engl. I think the original cab is maybe the best choice but
wasn??t available when I bought the Amp.I use the Amp mostly with dropped D or C with a Strat with 012 strings and a hot single coil pickup at bridge Position, wich gives a very good punchy bass. Humbuckers come with a lot more mids.

I??m playing for mor than 30 Years now, did several records and hundreds of Live Gigs.
Own and owned several Plexis, Mesa TripleRectifier and Triaxis with 2:90, Blackface and newer Fenders, and tested nearly everything on the Market included esoteric Boutique Amps.
This Amp gives you maximum Riff Power and awsome Tone to really let your guitar sing and talk, very expressive and in a way you would only expect from class A Boutique Amps and not from such a Metal Monster. So there is anbolutely NO! Way , i haver to giver a 10 for this.It??s expensive but fun! Directly compared to Custom Audio OD 100, VHT Pittbull, Krank Krankenstein, Engl Invader and Mesa Rectifier. All nice Amps, but out of my sight only the OD 100 came close, but is much less veratile and even more expensive.
