This is a hybrid amp, that means it has a tube pre-amp (ECC 83) and a solid state power amp. It was probably made in the late nineties in Korea. It features:
- 20 Watts coming through an 8" speaker
- 2 channels
- 4-band-EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble and "presence" to boost the high middle frequencies)
- spring reverb
- fx loop
- footswitch connector
- headphones out
NO line-Out or speaker-out
To my mind the features of this amp are a bit limited but pretty ok for its price.

I'm using a Yamaha Pacifica 112 strat copy with a H-S-S configuration. My favourite music styles are rock and alternative.
This amp is definitely not versatile enough to play different sounds, but even the sounds it provides are pretty crappy.
The clean channel isn't really clean at all once you take the volume higher than 4 or 5 (on a scale from 0 to 10), so it's pretty difficult to produce a decent sound when you turn the volume up. Furthermore there is always some kind of noise going on.
The overdrive channel is the worst thing about this amp. Its distortion sounds really hard, cold and unnatural. It is really useless, no matter what music style you want to play.

I'm owning this amp for about 6 years and it still works but I definitely wouldn't use it at a gig without any backup.

I'm now owning this amp for about six years, but I guess it is time for a change, since I can't stand its sound anymore. I even wouldn't recommend this amp to a beginner. It sounds just to bad and it takes you all fun in playing.

Ok... I think it was a pretty good buy. Got it for 70? on ebay. I use it at home, so I don't need it that noisy, but you can get it pretty loud if you want to.
The amp is basically a modification of the 200R built in 2001 - additionally it has an FX Loop which unfortunately is pretty useless - it gives you too much feedback. I almost got numb trying a V-Amp2 through the FX Loop.
Well - thats about the only negative thing I gotta say - the rest is awesome. The Amp has a ECC-83 tube built-in which gives you a nice bright light when you play in the dark. Nono just kidding. There are 2 Channels - Clean and Overdrive, the clean channel is awesome although it has a bit too much of bass, the overdrive channel has a very hard distortion , at setting of 2/10 there is a nice crunchy sound, but I play punk, normally with full distort. You can adjust Volume for the Clean, Drive and Volume for the Distortion Channel and for both Channels you have a 3-band Equalizer, a Presence and a Reverb knob.
On the backside, there is the FXLoop, Headphones jack (which isn't that good) and Footswich input.
THe Speaker is a 8INCH, it is OK.
So, the features are not great, but it is OK if you have some FX pedals.

I'm using it with a Cort CL100 Les-Paul-Style guitar and have used it with a cheap Stratocaster copy. The clean channel distorts a bit in high volumes - but that doesn't matter - it sounds a kind of bluesy.
The amp has a pretty good distortion, I like it a lot. But as I already said, it's not that versatile - best is, if you get a good FX pedal.

I don't know if I can depend on it yet. It's never been broken down - but I have not enough experience to comment on reliabliliy.

Also, I can't really make a comment on customer support - never had to do with it. It is not a brand name like Marshall or Mesa, so it will get hard to get if fixed - but it was that cheap, that a repair would be probably more expensive than the purchasing price. I've got no warranty on it, because I got if off from Ebay.

Well I'm not that experienced in Guitars yet - I play for 10 Months now, but about 3 hours per day. As I said - I own a Cort CL-100 and a cheap Strat copy, also a Korg AX30G effects panel. If it'd be stolen I'd probably buy a Top and a Cabinet - but that doesn't mean I don't like my amp. It is just a question of how much you wanna pay for it. If you want a good, cheap amp - get that one, if you have a bit more money leftover - get a marshall tube-amp, but as cheap alternative this one is perfect.
