I had bought Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue with the stock Fender speaker that had a very flabby bass response and it broke up too harshly when the volume was turned up. So I tried the Clone speaker upon Tim at Earcandy's recommendation and it was an immediate improvement. The bass was tight without being boomy and the highs were clear without being shrill. With the volume turned up, it had a very smooth breakup to it and never got harsh.

I've tried the Clone speaker in 3 different amps now with excellent results in each one. It performed flawlessly in all 3 amps.

I wrote Earcandy and received an immediate response from Tim. He was very willing to help me find the right speaker for my needs. He actually recommended 2 different speakers. I bought both and they both worked very well, but I ended up keeping the Clone. He has always been quick to respond any time I had a question about speakers. He's very friendly and great to work with.

The Clone has enhanced every amp I've tried it in. It has a warm tone while still retaining some bite in the high end without getting ice picky. It's perfectly balanced in the lows, mids and highs and not overbearing in any frequencies. I'm very happy with this speaker and think they're a tremendous value.
