this is a prerocktron egnater built in 1994 by bruce ! The amp has four channel's which all sound very different ! channel one is clean like a fender! channel two is that texas blue's or vintage tone ! channel three get's you in the best sounding vintage marshall arena ! channel four get'e down right serious full blown tone ! YES I SAYED TONE!
select channels via MIDI ! how many amp's offer that! Also this baby is powered by four 6l6's power tube's and six 12ax7's preamp tube's
this amp can do it all ! trust me ! this is my first week of playing this amp. and everthing on this thing kill'''''''''s . I have not used it yet to perform . and the amp has more volume then your ear's can stand .

my guitar is a DC400 carvin with carvin's high output pickup;s I also have a les paul custom ! both guitars sound great with this amp. my style of music is from the old school of playing. 80's and present!and this amp is what i have been dreaming off and wanting for a long time. the amp first of all has very high gain which of course will give you some hissing in channel three and four if your let's say three feet away from the amp ! because of the gain stage. move away from the amp and you just fixed the problem! this amp can sound like any high end amplifier1 if you want it to .but she has her own tone .

the egnater is a work of precise work-manship built very well ! remmember this is a mica amp! more time consuming detailed work.then production .to my understanding bruce would only produce very limited hand built amp's !

I have been playing 25 year's I had marshall's amp's in the past and played many other's why mention them ! does it really matter. the all sucked! again for the record this is the amp that for tone ! the tone of life like bruce says. let your ears be the determenation of sound and tone to make musical statment's on your instrument. if you can find a mica amp don't wast no time! BUY IT ! the rocktron egnater is also very impressive! but not the same
