Manufactured in 2009, very versatile amp from pristine clean to cut your head off gain, it's all in there. All tube, 2 channel, switchable effects loop, separate reverb for each channel, tube mixing, silent record out etc. It has all the good stuff. Well thought out amp. I play everything from classic rock, modern hotter country to funk and blues. Not really a metal head. This amp is plenty loud for my 6 piece band

I'm using both a PRS custom 24 and a '76 Strat stock thru this amp and it does justice to both. It seems to have plenty of head room on the clean channel and it can do Chet Atkins pristice to Santana smooth to AC/DC, SRV without ever going past noon on the gain. I also play slide guitar on 10-12 songs per night and it doesn't quite equal my V3 for that but I just got it ( gigged 5 times ) 3 weeks ago and so maybe a little more time to get to know it might help that ? You can get some "to die for" SRV tones with this amp.
Reliability

Well it's 3 weeks old so I can't comment on reliability ? Seems well built though.

I'm 47 yrs old and learned my first song ( House on the rising sun ) when I was 6. I've owned quite a few amps in my life and own a few currently ( Marshall JVM410, Carvin V3, '94 Fender Blues DeVille and assorted lesser stuff ) and so am comparing this to some fairly stiff competition. I wish that the controls were in front instead of on top. Other than that it's a pretty solid amp
