I installed this in a Gallien Krueger mb200 very small bass combo.
This is the best match (frequencies/size/cab vol required) I found and it was a pain in where you know to do the research. By the way I hate the combo this speaker went in, at least to work in it.
I will say it fitted quite perfectly, no harm to combo required.

In such a small combo the bass response is impressive, the gamma12 stays very clean and smooth all the way. Highs are there too, good news, and smooth again.
Overall a beautiful polished sound. The combo owner and myself were quite astonished by the gamma 12.
I can't state for the sounds in a proper guitar amp, but I own a pair of Kappa 12 and they are quite similar, with less treble maybe.

For the gallien krueger mb 200/150 a perfect replacement speaker.
The stock celestion was good sounding but very fragile, this gamma12 is as good sounding but bulletproof solid.
I can see clean guitar sounds lovers be happy with this gamma, and jazzers much more so.
The price asked is ridiculous!
