Eminence patriot series 12" speaker
I just want to congratulate Eminnece on their service department.
I had a problem, shipped the speaker back to them and in two weeks had a replacement. What could be better?

The speaker was outrageous.
I haven't had the replacement long enough to break it in.

Well, I am discussing the service dept. and warranty - they did come through.

Like I said, this is all about customer support. You know how it is with speakers, you expect they'll just say "It's all your fault, you over amped the thing etc."

Looking around the room, it seems I have ten eminence speakers, a couple of p12 jensens, a couple of Weber's a pair of EV's and also a pair of Bozak's on my stereo
