not sure!it`s secondhand from Ebay-Deutschland.i am in china.

yes,i play metal mostly,this amp fully satisfactory me.
How many channels? Does it have channel switching? Effects loops? Headphone jack?
4 channels . channel switching:yes. effects loops:yes. headphone jack:no.
What features do you wish it had? Why? Are there features you never use?

Where do you use this amp? Does it have enough power for you?

sound is powerful and multiplicity.i use ESP eclipse les paul with EMG 89+81->engl rackhead->framus dragon 4x12...
engl `s framus distortion is why i buy it from ebay-Deutschland .but the clean channel is surprise me as well...we all know that EMG PICKUP is not good at clean ,but i can still get great clean tones from the amp....
like i said , i play metal mostly .this amp can easily get sound like metallica or Rammstein without boost.....if you want somekinda darkmetal`s sound that you need a pedal to boost .

i think break it will be a hard work.....

i connect customer support once....
ask for the jack definition of the channelswitching port.
answer is helpful.but not as soon as i expect....

and buy a another Engl manufacture.
