Most of this has been covered. Has a nice variety of features for how small an amp it is.

Sound Quality : 9
I use an Epiphone Dot and play most styles. This is a great amp for any style. It isn't a gigging amp, but for practice and playing at home it is great. It is not a very noisey amp. It will kick out a lot of volume, but it does get kind of distorted at high volumes due to the speaker only being able to handle 25 watts. I love the sound that comes out of it. It is somewhat lifeless by itself, but throw in a Boss EQ and some other effects and you have a very nice sounding amp. It isn't that bad even by itself. I'll give it a nine because I really do like this amp.

Reliability : 10
I'd depend on this thing thouroughly. It is solid state, so no worries about tubes. I've hauled it everywhere, and it has held up very well. It has a five year warranty on it so no worries here. I've had it for almost two years and haven't had to do one repair on it yet.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for about three years. It makes a great practice amp, it is not a gigging amp. I love the little thing. I would deffinatly buy another one if it were stolen, that is if I had the money. This is a nice begginer amp, and works well for various styles, but don't expect more out of it than it can give. You need to know what you want and know what the limits are on what you are buying.

I play through this amp with an Epiphone les paul special(see my review) and a zoom 505 pedal. It does the job easily. It has two channels overdrive and clean.Input, footswitch and output.I wish it had more power and better overdrive channel. I use this for practice and it is getting replaced. Its a solid state but i can't tell the difference.

Sound Quality : 9
This is one of the best sounding amps i've played through with my zoom505 in the clean channel. The only thing is the power excellerates quickly. after 5 it doesn't get that much louder.

Reliability : 10
It is very realiable so far.no problems

This amp is a good beggining amp. I plug in two stereo speaker cabinets with 8", 5" and super tweeters(Aiwa 100 watt speakers). Needs more power and inputs. other than that it is great

2 channels , clean and overdrive .An input , headphone jack , and footswitch jack . 25 watts of solid state power . No effects loop or reverb [ the 1000R has reverb thought ] .

Sound Quality : 6
I'm using an Epiphone Coronet with Seymour Duncan Pickups [ this guitar sounds beautiful ] and a Zoom 505 [ check out my review ] multi effects box . The overdrive channel is basically useless. It actually lowers the volume of the amp . It is also EXTREMELY noisy when I run effects through it . The clean channel on the other hand actually sounds good for a solid state if you have a decent guitar and good pickups . I also notice some hiss even when using a loud distortion .

Reliability : 10
I've never had any problems and I don't expect too . Its solid state and its Epiphone [ enough said ] .

Overall Rating : 5
I hate solid state sound . It is too cold and lifeless . This amp is good for the beginner who doesn't know about good tone yet . I bought mine when I was a beginner and about a month later realized how much it sucked .

This is a solid state amp, it has two footswitchable channels, a 10" speaker and 25watts. It does not have an effects loop but it has a headphone-jack. It has 25 watts, but that doesn't mean much. It is really just a small practice amp for playing at home.

Sound Quality : 8
I really like this amp. you can get a really nice clean sound out of it, but the distortion channel is really kick-ass. You can easily go from a grunge/punk distortion to a real heavy-metal sound. If you crank the distortion and the EQ than you can get a totally brutal sound out of it. But don't forget, this is just a very small practice amp and you do not get a whole lot of Volume out of it. When you crank the volume past 7 the sound gets really muddy (in BOTH channels).

Reliability : 7
This is definitively not a gig-amp, but for playing at home it's just fine and there won't be any problems, it's build pretty solid.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I never had tto deal with Epiphone, but it's a Gibson subdivision and they have a pretty good customer-support.

Overall Rating : 9
I played it for a few months now, and I played through a lot of other amps (Fenders) and I like the sounds you can get from it a lot. As I said, anything from metal to grunge to electronica-sounds. And since it was that cheap, I would definitively buy it again.
