Okay, this is for the Studio Bass 10. It's pretty straight forward. Input, volume, EQ, headphone jack, power switch.

It came free with an Epi LP bass that I bought, so I can't complain too much. For a starter bass amp, it should be more than adequate for everyone. Don't tell anyone, but I tend to use this amp for mikes more than my bass. :)

It does it's stated purpose just fine. 10-watt practice amp for bass. It also works very well for vocals. Now, that is solo not in a band situation. I wouldn't gig with this, you'd never be heard over anything else. I suppose you could mike it into the PA. That being said, it's been reliable enough over the past two years.

Mine was used, so I haven't had any need to contact Epiphone.

Overall it's pretty decent. I probably wouldn't have purchased this particular amp if it hadn't come in a package deal with the bass. But, I also haven't went out looking for another bass amp to replace this with. So I guess that says something. I don't gig with this. I'm not even a bass player. I saw a great deal on a bass and amp combo and picked it up so I could lay down bass lines on demos for myself.

wouldnt buy it again just because of the fact its not loud enough.if they made it 30 watts then i would buy that.great sound.the only problem is if you have all gain up you cant hear very faintly a local radio station(only in perfect silence).

I bought my Epiphone 10 about 3 months ago. I play a Fender Telecaster through it -and it sounds great! I also have a nice Fender Pro 185 amp (two 12" speakers) and I get a better quality sound from the Epiphone, although it's nowhere near as loud. I give it an 8 out of 10 for sound quality.

The amp's been great; no breakdowns, and it holds up to some of the abuse I've put it htrough lugging it all over Florida and back. It's also really easy to use -the manual is trash, you can throw it away.

I've been playing for 30 years, and although I like Marshall amps the best, I would probably replace this one if it was destroyed or stolen. It's a nice practice amp, much better priced than a Pignose, which is the only amp I would compare the Epi Studio 10 to.

i use this in my basement, besides gain there is not much other features, this amp is basically for playing alone because anyone else that you play will will definately drown you out

I use it with a Squier Fat Strat almost always using the humbucker because it makes it sound louder. I don't ever use the gain unless i need it to be a lot louder. I have the boost turned on all the time, it is the only way my electric will make any sound out of the amp.

It's been working everyday for the past year. My friend gave it to me because it didn't work for him and he didn't want to replace a fuse in it, it turned out that it never needed replacing and has worked for me ever since.

It is a decent amp. I would not replace it if lost or stolen i would save my money and buy a Marshall MG30DFX or something like it.

Has the basics for any sound system, vol, gain, treble, mid, bass. Don't want to give the features too low of a score since the amps obviously for beginners or for people living in drawers, plus its really cheap. As basic as you can get.

I've been playin guitar for 4 years now, this was my first amp and I still use it to this day in my dorm room. I play mostly metal on my Gibson LP Studio, Slayer, Deftones, SOAD, PanterA, etc, and although it dosn't give the thump that most metalheads thirst for, it sounds pretty damn good, atleast when the vol's turned down(Has crazy fuzz around 4-5)

Epiphone has customer support?, I'd be pretty sad if this thing blew, mostly for sentimental reasons, but who needs CS with a $30 piece of equip. Cut your losses and don't waste their time.

I feel weird giving nething that cost $30 a 10 rating, fearing it might confuse some people, but this things deserves it for the price. Definatly the best $30 investment you can make on an amp. If it broke i prob wouldn't replace it as I can run headphones directly from my effect pedals to my guitar and plus im really cheap. If your a beginner and need an amp, DEFINATLY give this one a long arse look.

The amp is pretty good not a ten as far as features go but good for beginners. The amp sounds real nice on distortion, metal, punk etc. The ten watts that is featured is perfect and seems loud.

Using with a Danelectro Innuendo guitar, S/S/S. I play lo-fi, punk, alternative, 90's grunge, riotgrrl, emo, postpunk, indie....this amp is perfect. Buzzes a bit and feeds back with boost.
Don't put the boost on when the gain is all the way up. I knocked a picture off the wall when I did this. Seriously.

This thing is solid. I don't know if I'd gig with it. Maybe if there were 4 or 5 of us using 10 watts, a very small gig. I'd go without a backup.

I've been playing acoustic for 4 months and electric for 2 weeks. If it were stolen, I'd buy another of the same make because of the price. But if I were getting a bigger amp I'd go for a Marshall, because Epiphone isn't known for making amps. I didn't compare it to any others, but then again when you go to look at guitars of course the salespeople plug you into the biggest amp they can find.

This is a great amp to begin with or to just practice with. It has all the necessities that a practice amp should have, and it has some pretty good distortion on it too.

For a 40 dollar amp, it sounds great. It sounds great with my friends yamaha, and it sounds even better with my Les Paul. It may not sound as good as say a Marshall stack or something like that, but for 40 bucks, it can't be beat

I have been playing for a year, I bought this amp for my first electric guitar a few weeks ago. If it were stolen, i would probably buy it again if I couldn't afford anything bigger. If I could afford something bigger, I would go with that. I was comparing other products, but I saw this for 40 bucks and I bought it. It is 60 dollars less than what I wanted to spend, so it was a real good find.

First of all, I am rating this as a 50 dollar amp compared to other practice amps of higher price (cant get many amps for 50 bucks). As a first amp, this amp was perfect. It had the loudness and tone I needed for a cost that was even lower than what I was looking for. This amp is versitile, I can get many styles of music out of it. It has volume, gain, bass, mid, treb, headphone jack, one channel, and a gain boost button that can get some good distortion and loud sounds. I use this amp for practicing in my room and with my band.

This amp has great sounds. I use a 200 dollar Yamaha 121s and it sounds fine. You can have it clean and quiet or loud, then turn up the gain, push the boost button and get some mad distortion. For a 10 watt little amp its very loud, too. The only thing is that there is a buzzy hum when you arent playing, but Im sure most other cheap practice amps do the same. I got used to it pretty fast, too.

This is my first amp so Im probably not the most realiable opinion, but I do know what sounds good and what doesnt. I compared it to all the other practice amps at Mars and this sounded the best (didnt realize the buzz until I got home). If it were stolen, and I had 100 dollars to spend on an amp, I might go for the Randall 100$ practice amp that sounded about the same, or just get this one and put the other 50 bucks towards a big amp.

Standard 1 channel practice amp features.
Gain, Gain boost, volume, 3 band eq headphone jack...I cant really give it a score though! It's only a practice amp.

Impressive sound for such a little wuss...=) The distortion turned up sound nice and crispy...I've heard better, but it works. Hit the boost button and it fattens up quite a bit even at low gain levels! I play a Les paul look alike through it, and it sounds very sweet when the boost is on. That's a different story with single coils though. The only sweet sound I've gotten from this thing with single coils is when I crank it all the way up. Has a nice clear tone...not real muddy and dead like some amps. I give it an 8. It's not as good as some practice amps...

If this amp were stolen or lost, I would buy something waaay bigger....this is a great amp, but it's time to upgrade! ;)
But I give it a 10, because it has very high gain and volume for such a little amp, and with a little tweaking you can get some sweet tones out of it. It's also dirt cheap as far as pricing goes..
