Made in 2005, bought new in 2006 on closeout from HSN. I believe this has two 5" speakers. Only one channel (clean) with Bass, Mid, and Trebel controls. Also has a Reverb effect and headphones jack.
Small and compact, very portable. Perfect for a take-it-with-you or second-room amp. I keep this one in my living room for casual playing around after hours.
I rate this a 6 because it's pretty much a no-frills practice amp.

Considering I hit this with a low rating on the features, I'll rate sound soley on what it does have.
If you buy this as a package, take the instrument cable out of the box and immediately place it in the trash. The cable that ships with the amp is an excellent 60Hz EMI receiver, but a horrible guitar cable. Do yourself a favor an use a quality cable.
Once I ran my Monster Cable to the amp, I could play single-coil into it with surprisingly little buzz. The reverb effect is adequate, but nothing to write home about. The clean sound is actually not too bad and it's a LOUD amp for its size.
This isn't a gigging amp, but if you can find one for $30 or less, get it. My rating here considers that as the expected price.

Rating 10 - Fantastic Value. This is by no means a fantastic amp, but I paid $13 with s/h on closeout from HSN. It's worth at least 3x that. I probably wouldn't pay more that $35 for it because I don't know about its longevity.
This is a great little unit if you can find one cheap.
