This is a very versatile amp. Good enough for anything lighter than hard rock. Has 2 channels, normal and vibrato. The down-side is that there is no effects loop. Since there is no effects loop, I'd have to lower the rating.

I have a Fender Custom Shop Black 60's Relic Strat and think that it sounds wonderful through it. I play blues, and let me tell you that this is the top Fender blues amp on the line. Obviously like any other Fender amp, it starts to get somewhat "fat" as you turn it up. On mine it's about 3 1/2. Sounds like a pot 'o gold to me.

Mine is a vintage '76 and it has not broken down on me yet. Fender amps are very reliable and hold up forever, (if you're careful).

I have been playing for about 2 1/2 years. I own a variety of guitars. I own my 60's Relic Strat, a Tex-Mex Strat, a California Fat Tele, a '72 Tele Thinline, and a 50's Relic. I also own my Tone Master half stack, Vibro-King, Dual Professional, Blues Junior, '66 Bassman, and a Vibrosonic. I would definately look for another Twin Reverb if this one were stolen, it just kicks to much ass to let go of. I love the way it responds to mine up-picking more than my down-picking so my playing sounds more synchapated(?). This amp is definetely a fine work of Fender's craftsmanship and I think they should keep up the good work.
