This amp is perfect for my needs. It's has 160 watts solid state, which gives it enough power for just about any gig. Chorus (which is a nice feature, but I don't use it that much). The cabinet is really cool because it has two 15"speakers for MONSTER Low-end, but it doesn't sacrifice the highs. When I put the volume of my bass on 10 and the volume on the amp at 3, it's the perfect bass sound for me.

Sound Quality : 10
My band is a 4 piece and we mostly play 60's style rock. It blends nicely with the other instruments, but at times it's a little too loud. The other thing that's great about it is that you could play any bass through it and it would sound good. At one gig the bass player from another band used my amp and he had this really cheap P-Bass copy, but it sounded really good.

Reliability : 8
This amp has never given me a problem anywhere. The only problem with it is that the chorus is not working on it. One day I went to use it and it just plain didn't work.

Customer Support : 10
I'm planning on getting the chorus fixed and the music store where I got it said that Fender will fix it for no charge. It has a 5 Year warranty which is also very good.

Overall Rating : 10
I would DEFINITELY buy this amp again. Definitely worth the money, too. Most bass players that have heard or played through this amp liked it and liked the sound I get out of it. I'm surprised that Fender made a quality bass amp like this. Fender isn't a company you think of when you think of bass amps. It's too bad that it's out of production, though. This amp is like the Bassman (the 60's one that bass players used) of the '90's. I wouldn't need to buy another amp unless I was playing in arenas.

The amp is bass-amp, and has only one channel and two inputs. It fits a lot of styles, but rock and heavy is its special use for me. It has built-in chorus, 3-bandEQ an compression It has 160 watts

Sound Quality : 9
It is very powerful and gives me the kick when I slap. I use active pickups only but that's not the only reason. tghe chorus can be cranked to an almost lesley type sound

Reliability : 10
I cranked it at many gigs through the years, and it has NEVER let me down It can easily play small clubs alone

Customer Support : 7
1 year warranty. Easy to find a dealer

I will always keep this amp in my stock, but I also use Laney heads and Ampeg or SWR cabs. A tip: I once tried to comnbine all my amps and cabs This Way: BASS to Fenderamp to laneyhead to fendercabs and SWR cabs that blasted and boosted, and I became deaf.
