Features : 10
This is a brand new model for Firebelly and I just received it yesterday. It is a single channel/two input Princeton Reverb derivative.
I play clean jazz guitar so I basically plug in and play clean. Feature-wise,this unit addresses my amplification needs easily. Nice headroom, great verb and portability. Also I should mention it built like a tank.

Sound Quality : 10
Gibson ES-175 neck pickup into amp. Man, this baby sounds sweet. And it has to be the quietest tube amp I have ever owned.

Reliability : No Opinion
Too soon to tell but the amp is built very sturdily.

Customer Support : 10
Steve Cohen is right on top of it in every way. Amp was delivered ahead of schedule and he is very accessible and kept me informed thorughout the building process.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing a long time and have always searched for the holy grail of small footprint Princeton type amplifier for my jazz gigs.
I will not say I'd never by another amp but I am guessing this one is destined to be my gigging solution for a long time..
