This is a 40?W tube mixer head with 6 channels. Each one has rev on/off, bass, treb, vol. It only has 1/4" input plugs. It has master vol bass treb rev also. Feedback cut dials for hi and low freq. On the back is two spkr outs and a 4/8 ohm tap. It takes 2 6L6s and a 12ax7, 12au7, and 6dj8 or something like that.

Sound Quality : 5
This is kind of an entry level PA. Barely keeps up with drums. Because it has only 1/4" jacks you can't really use good mics with it. It is noisy like being at the beach. SSSsssSSS. When I got it the sockets made crazy noises until I wiggled the tubes a bit. It's really clean sounding as its amped sound though. No real breakup at all. It is a real great low volume bass head. Or it would be after getting cleaned up a bit, I guess.

Reliability : 5
I used it until I got a Traynor Voicemaster head that is much simpler on the controls and much louder on the volume. See reviews for that head. I'm trying to sell it now and recover my cost. It's only useful application is as a low volume practice mic and instrument mixer.

The manufacturer in Winnipeg mailed me the scematic. I might use it to modify this into some kind of hotrod, or scrap it for parts.

As I said, I upgraded as soon as I found another funky old piece of tube driven Canadiana. For sure I paid too much (but the upgrade only cost $60). Win some and lose some.
