Made in 2008 (I think). Solid State 60 watt stereo. Great parametric EQ, FX are okay but not as good as standalone or rack gear. Four speaker setup, two 6" and two HF drivers. XLR in on one channel, XLR outs on both channels. All inputs mix post FX to stereo outs. Headphone out, unbalanced in (2) & out (2).

Sound Quality : 8
I have a Hawaii Rainsong OM with the Fishman Blender pickup system, and it's pretty capable of getting decent tones with the mic blended. Run this through a Fishman Aura Blender with the mic off on the pup (piezo only) and set to flat. Aura Model #10 is closest to this body & pup config on the Aura and tweak from there. Sounds like a $$$ mic/pre/power/speaker setup by a pro sound engineer. Feedback can be a bit of an issue (if facing amp) but with the notch filter on the guitar and FBX on the Aura it's easy to control and keep the parametrics where you want on the amp. I've been playing the Rainsong stock Elixir strings with great results and it rings like a bell, sustain forever. Can't wait for my neighbor to bring by some of his Gibson's and check it out.

Playing 40 years. Have played electric, acoustic, classical over the years, now doing acoustic. This is great because I can capture nuances and explore techniques which couldn't be done without the amplification and processing. If stolen I would probably replace with the same thing, big enough for my needs. I compared this with the Roland, bigger Shenandoah, SWR. My guitar sounded more natural through this amp than any of the others, and the stereo XLR out was a bonus to me for recording.

It has most everything I need in one amp. I typically use with a Taylor and a vocal mic, but sometimes have my buddy plugged in too. The two channels and XLR input are great. I use the Alesis effects on the acoustic. I run my Strat through a Floor Pod Plus into this without the onboard effects (control level by channel) and it sounds great. Two balanced XLR outputs make going into a PA a snap using this as a monitor. Also has a headphone switch, but there is too much hum for my taste. It is supposed to have phantom power, but it would not drive my Para DI, hence the 9 rating.

Sound Quality : 10
For acoustic, it is very clear and clean. The reverbs really add dimension. Vocals also sound good if you have to use it as a combo. I got rid of my Marshall since I can also get all my electric sounds with my Strat out of it.

You can get this thing pretty loud for its size. It's heavier than it looks, which probably adds to it ability to sound so good.

I've miked my classical guitar with an SM57 and that sounds great through it.

There is no hum or buzz at all.

I have never had a problem with it. You have to make sure the power cord is securely inserted in the back of the unit. It would be nice if it had a locking mechanism, but once on stage, I've never knocked it out.

I do not have a backup.

I have not needed to contact the company.

I've been using this for two years. I have a Taylor 410CE, Martin OM18V, classical and a Strat.

Everyone who sees it and how versatile it is tells me that they are amazed. Its a great all around unit.

I would definately buy another one, although I would make sure the phantom power worked, since I have had to pass on condenser mics.

Mine is most likely a 2005 model but I don't care..it rocks. This is a two channel, stereo, solid state acoustic amp with individual parametric EQ, effects loop, headphone jack, XLR out on both channels, XLR in on the left channel, and built in effects (which I don't use).

Sound Quality : 9
I bought this amp as a mini sound reinforcement system. I use one channel as a mandolin EQ and moniter with a Schertler Dyn-m in and XLR out to the board. The other channel is used to amplify a Line6 PodXT Live and whatever guitar I use. It is amazing how this little box, with the POD, can roar like a Marshall or twang like a Deluxe, loud as hell yet almost un-noticeable on stage. It has small speakers so the bass and drums can kick it around a bit but it keeps up more than well enough for small venues. The acoustic sound quality is good enough for the mandolin playing I do and I find the effects to be useless compared to the POD or stomps. But utilitarian it is. And I find the tilt back cabinet to affect the sound dramatically.

I have used this for 6 months with no trouble at all. I do nothing without a backup, however

Never had to call them.

I have been playing on and off for 40 years. I play a Les Paul, Tele, Strat, Line6 Variax, and a Breedlove mandolin through this box.I have a Line6 Flextone for a backup. I compared it to a buddy's Marshall acoustic amp and it blows it away in all ways. I chose this one for the stereo amps and if it were stolen I would replace it but perhaps with a more powerful model. For what I need it for, I love it.
