A quick follow-up to my May review- This is an incredible amp! More I use it, the more impressed i am. Ditto on over-driving it- drop guitar signal and boost the pre and master, it will stomp all over any thing else out there. You will NOT be sorry you bought this. Even with 2 guitars blowing through it, it sounds like God's own acoustic amp. No kidding.

Brand new amp, I had it recommended by a couple of dealers, and researched on the web. Glowing reviews for the smaller versions, so I ordered one. 2 distinct channels, full stereo capability, multiple output choices, 200 watts, 2 Alesis effect processors in-board that allow use of either or both (on one guitar!), casters (removable), kick back leg on the base, and serious punch! I've been using it for a month, for open mikes that I host, and on stage with my classic rock band and with a blues band I run sound for. Awesome! Seminars everywhere I've taken it...

I play a Tacoma Roadking, a 94 Takemine Santa Fe, and a Guild something. Acoustic rock and folky stuff solo, and at open mikes. Full rock band as well. Clean, clean sound- rich, full tones and LOTS of balls. I've run it dry, and through the PA; it'll blow your hair back either way.

So far, so good. I wish they provided a cover. I can't really rate this catagory yet...

None needed as yet. 3 year warranty though. Hope I don't need it, but nice to know it's there.

I've playing for almost 40 years, pro for 15. I have a 94 Trace Elliot Concert 100 that gave up the ghost last year, that I was really happy with until it started hissing and popping. Couldn't fix it, and of course now they're history. Tried a California Blonde- sounded OK, but no punch, and it started cutting out. Fixed, I think, but I don't trust it. So far, I could not be happier with this amp. Everywhere I've taken it, people tell me it's the best sounding amp they ever heard, and I agree. There was a huge gap in the upscale acoustic amp choices, and this fills it more than I would have believed. Again, I bought this sight unseen, based on recommendations and reviews- I am VERY pleased. My biggest fun now is freaking out the lead player- he plays a Godin through a Vox 30. I can EASILY out-punch him, especially on the Who songs. Priceless...

Brand new 2003. Amazing! dual channel stereo acoustic amp with built in effects for both channels. Alesis effects, so they arent too shabby as well...not top line, but darn good. I use this amp on stage and i honestly think it could hold up in a stadium...THIS BABY IS LOUD!!! 200 watts, and it absolutely destroys by lead guitarist's Marshall JCM-900 combo. no kidding. and its an acoustical amp!!! so much headroom...FINALLY, an acoustical amp that is made for those who like to melt their acoustical guitars on stage...

I am running my Chet Atkins SST through several effect pedals, then into the Stereo Delux. This is great, cause i always play acoustic, but i can make my guitar sound like the finest electric with certain tweaks...i always prefered the tension and "fightback" i get from an acoustic guitar, so thats why i use one in my band. i can retain the beautiful twanginess of the acoustic, and rock out with the turn of a dial the next moment...
careful if you drive too much juice into the amp though...it will clip if you power it too hard, and that doesnt sound good at all (think 'digital distortion' yuk!)

This think is a beast. it seems to be built like a tank. not as heavy as it looks, considering how big it is. great handles make it easy to move around. comes with casters, which is heaven sent...
i plan on drving this thing hard, and i already have...knock on wood, its holdnig well.

ive been playing for almost 15 years. i have been performing out for over 6. if i lost this amp, or had it stolen...after i sob like a baby, i would suck it up and buy 2 more. if you play acoustic, and need some headroom or some guts to your strumming...look no further. i like this amp over the California blonde simply because the the feautres (it has 4 direct outs, effect sends, tweeter attenuators for both speakers, and casters and footswitch) it just a no brainer to me. well worth the cash.
