Features : 7
This Amp is 33 watts & at least a couple of years Old. Single Channel Bare Bones Tone.
The New 33 Amps all have a 1/2 Power Switch.
I Record with it & Use it Live. VERY LOUD, can keep up with a 100 watt Marshall Easy.
The ONLY reason I didn't give this Amp a 10 on features is because it only has Gain,Tone & Master Volume. But thats all it needs. The tone from there on is in your hands... "or not" ?

Sound Quality : 10
Goodsell 33 watt Mk II Head w/ 4 el84 pwr/amp tubes & Goodsell 2X12 Cab. This Amp is the Big Brother to the 17 watt version Richard Makes. HEAD ROOM FOR DAYS !!
This Guy has a little Vox/Marshall & Fender going on. TONS of different Tones From 3 Knobs. I LOVE IT. This is NOT a DEATH METAL AMP. It Will not Mask Sloppy Playing.
If you Need Excessive Distortion Bring a Pedal to the Gig.
1st...I am a Pro... I'm not bragging so I wont even put my name on here. I play with known artist & Record with them as well. I have owned just about every amp you can think of from Matchless, Dr.Z, Fender, Marshall & a few other PTP amps I have right now.
Here is the thing, I got this amp on a trade, not from Goodsell. I had always heard good things about them but I had Never Played thru one, I took it to a rehearsal the other day & WOW I was Blown away !! This amp has PUNCH & LOVES Pedals. A Very Touchy Feel Amp.
I like this Amp MUCH Better than my Matchless HC 30 & the Goodsell cost MUCH LESS.
I LOVE the fact that it has 3 knobs to. So... I called Richard Goodsell, a one Man Operation by the Way. This Man LOVES what he does. His Passion is all about GREAT TONE.
Well... he has figured it out. He Talked to me for at least an Hour.
And even thou I didn't get the Rig From him he told me to send it to him & he would Put a 1/2 Power Switch in for free. I didn't even ask.... he just offered. So if your looking for Real Service, Real Tone from a Hand Wired PTP Amp, here's your Guy.

Reliability : 9
Judging from the way this thing is built & from talking to the man that built it I have no Problem giving it a 9

Customer Support : 10
As I said... Richard Goodsell is the Guy & 2nd to NONE when it comes to building GREAT AMPS !! I have Never got this kind of Support From Other Company's.... EVER !!

Overall Rating : 10
If it were lost.... YES I would get more. & More than one. I'll have a 17 watter soon.
