Made in 07 or 08. This amp is probably not for everybody, definitely not a first amp. It is perfection for me. I play blues & rock full time. It is not a metal amp. It has one channel, 12ax7's, El84's & a rectifier tube, a tremelo & reverb. The best tremolo I've ever experienced. I use all of the features here. I have a Peavey Classic 30 with an Alnico blue speaker that I use a delay & overdrive on but this amp does not need any pedals in my opinion. It has more than enough power. The two 30 W ten inch speakers are a Celestion Greenback & a Southbay Scumback. I do not work for Goodsell or any music store , company etc.

I mostly use a 1988 Strat that my Mom bought for me for staying clean for a whole year. This amp has clarity and can break up very well at low volumes. I usually put the gain about 5 1/2 & tone about 6, set the volume for the room then reverb, then a very subtle tremolo. Overdrive can really punch and sustain if you turn the gain up to about 7.5 +. It is not noisy at all.You can get a Vox AC30 meets Fender Bassman thing going on.

I always have some kind of back up even if it is a POD or Jekyl & Hyde pedal from experience with man made stuff. I have never had a problem with this amp.

I am blessed to live in the same state as Richard Goodsell. I've never met him but the store owner said that he comes there every week to bring a new amp or two & do any repairs. One year warranty on the amp. 90 days on tubes & stuff like that.

I started playing when I was 8. I'm 53 now. I have had all kinds of equipment that I sold, gave away or lost in the pawn shop. I would buy it again. I shopped for an amp for the past 2.5 years & almost bought an AC30. This Goodsell amp was in the back of a stack of amps that I tried at the store. Dr Z, Matchless, Bad Cat, Mesa Boogie, Rivera, Vox, Marshall & Orange. I also tested Fender, Crate & Peavey. I listened to samples & considered Budda, Traynor,Ugly Amps, Victoria, Carr, Kendrick (way too much $ for me) etc...When I heard & felt this amp, I knew it was made for me.
