This amp is made in the seventys. It's a japanese copy of the blackface twin (Schematic AB763). There are minor differences in the schematics. It's like the fender 2 channels. one with volume, bass, middle and trebble and a tremolo channel with also reverb and tremolo. It's a fulltube amp with 4x 6L6 and 4x 12ax7 and 2x 12at7.
Its a very clean sounding just like Fender with a bite

The overal sound is very clean. The one I have was very old and noisy but after replacing new Condensators and Tubes its a very quiet amp. I use a telecaster and a stratocaster with EMG pickups wich give a perfect match in clean sounds. perfect for Jazz, country etc. Its a typical Shadow sound. Or I should say Venture sound. That band used Gyatones

The company still exsists but doesn't make this amplifiers anymore.

I've had several Fender amplifiers and this Guyatone sounds much better. This is the sound that made Fender famous but i could not get it from Hotrods or Prosonic.
