I mainly use it with Strats, but it also sounds great with my LesPaul with P90! Overall a Blackface Clean Sound, with late but smooth Breakup. The Amp is free of hum or noise.

The Amp is very reliable, I use it as a everyday amp and have no problems at all. But I had to fix some normal Problems with amps of this age. So I did a complete cap-job for the Powersupply, and also for the coupling caps.
But other than that, the amp is build like a tank!

this has 2 seperate channels, one clean one reverb, tremolo, vibrato.
unfortunatelly like most of the amplifiers of his age, he doesnt have effects loops, which is pretty important.

Guyatone Clone of early Fender Silverface 2x12 Combo with Alutrim (build around 1969 1970), 2 6L6 Powertubes, 6 12AX7/AU7 , 2separate channels, Tremolo and Reverb (tubedriven), 2 Mitsubishi Alnico 12" original speakers. Has even got tilt-back legs and rollercasters.
Estimated output about 40 - 50 watts, loud enough for stage use , no mastervolume ! I mainly play Blues and Rock'n Roll (old style!!) and use the amplifier clean (Vol at 6-7), sometimes some overdrive with pedal added !

I play mainly Strats and Teles , but also ES 335 or 330 get along well with the amp. Amp is very quiet ( after my tech went through it),
starts distorting nicely at about vol 6-7, cranked up to 10 it produces nice crunch sounds with humbuckers, stays longer clean with single coils. Add some reverb (replaced 12AX7 with ECC 82 for the reverb, much better !!) and you'll be in old style blues heaven.
Vintage Fender blackface sounds at a fraction of the cost !

When i received it, it was in immaculate optical condition (probably stored away for a long time), but technically seen needed a lot of TLC! NOS tubes from Mullard and GE were installed, complete cap job, some condensors were weak.... allin all payed 150.- Euro to get this little beauty ready for stage. Since that restauration I have played a dozen gigs and rehearsals and it never let me down.
I now would gig it without backup!!

Company long gone !! If you're into vintage tube amps you should rely on an experienced amptech . Luckyly I have one !!

I'm playin since 30 years or so.... mainly using vintage gear !!
I like the style, sound and magic of these old amps ( having also played Fender Twins, Supers , AC 30s ) but these old Japanese ampbuilders did a real good 1:1 copy of a late 60ies Fender Pro Reverb!! Oh, did I mention that this amp is completely point -to point handwired !!
Big bang for the buck !!!
