this amp is dead quiet, very suitable for blues, specialy for harp, cranks all the way up for the real creamy warm tube sound,it break up very nicely,i run this amp thru a vintage cab,"vintone".with two 8" weber alnico p8rs,along with some reverb, alamo reverb unit...it ouput is about 8 to 10 watts of pure tube sound..great for small to medium gigs...i mike it thru a shure sm-57..works great

in mi opinion, this is one the best champ style amps i have ever played,i also use silvertones tweed such as 1331,1959 fender tweed champ,airlines,mascos,supros,valcos,vega,kalamazoo....also i owned a 1960 gibson maestro 4x8s..another awesome harp amp, more for medium to large venues, national model 100 with 6l6s power tubes, for large venue of course the bassman, and masco m-17....and the tweed silvertone 1334,with a 15" speaker "vibroverb style"...the point to make here is the value..for $75 bucks,i get the big bluesy sound, that matches or even better that any other high price champ style amp, with out paying the big bucks...
