Well, from what everyone else has said, this amp is from the mid-sixties or so. My musical styles vary, but it seems to be great for blues, classic rock, basically anything you don't need a lot of distortion for. One channel design, inputs for 2 intruments and a microphone, controls for volume tone, tremolo speed & intensity.

I use this amp with a variety of guitars, sounds kinda weak with single coils, but still good. It rocks pretty good with humbuckers, especially when you crank it up. Clean channel distorts when you turn it up, but it actually sounds pretty good.

Considering it's age, its evidently very reliable!

I've been playing for about 10 years, and i think i know what sounds good to me and what doesn't by now. If i ever happened to come across one of these amps again, i think id HAVE to get it, just to say i had 2 of them. and they look AWESOME, mine does any way, it had red "racing stripes" is what i like to call them down the face. Overall, its a great amp for what it is.

I believe this amp is from the mid sixties. I think is was sold at JC Pennys and was their answer to the Sears Silvertone guitars and amps sold during that period.
Fairly versatile for the styles I play, which is whatever comes into my head. Blues, Country, Rock, HM, NM,...etc. There are 3 inputs: 2 guitar and 1 microphone. There is a foot switch input as well, but no headphone. There is only 1 channel.
I use this amp at home once in a blue moon, but it was my first amp I bought, so I hang onto it. It still sounds good, but I need a little more power when I play out. It does make a great practice amp, but it is probably only 10 or 15 watts.

I have 8 electric guitars with different pickup configuration. The single coils will sound thin until I add a touch of tremelo. Setting the intensity on 2 or 3 and the drive equal to that gives it just a touch of prescence and sustain. It will distort around 9/10 but has a thin sound to it, even with humbuckers.

It is almost 40 years old and still sounds great, so I would give a shout out for its reliability. I often replace the speaker with a bass speaker and practice bass through it, the tremelo gives it a nice touch.

Long since expired, but it still rocks, so WTF. I'll give them a 10 just for making a product that has lasted this long.

I have been playing for 30 years and have a huge assortment of musical instruments I've collected. I got tired of trying to find who could play what was in my head, so now I just do it all.

Nice clean sound starts to distort a bit at 8 out of 10. Full out has good crunch if you are really hitting the strings hard but won't give you a lot of sustain/compression even with humbuckers. Trem is great sounding and speed control has a very usable range. I like to hit the imput hard with overdrive (Z Vex Super Hard On full or near full up or Red Ranger on treble boost) with the amp on 2-4. Set like this I can go from clean to heavy overdrive sustain with just the volume on the guitar. This little guy when pushed will give a tube amp a run for it's money

I would buy it again if I ever saw another (I never have). A nice little amp I would not have ever guessed if I didn't get it for $5 and give it a chance. If you see one check it out it might surprise you just remember it doesn't do any amazing tricks by itself beyond the clean sound and the tremelo
