This was bought late 06 as new with 2 x Hiwatt 400W enclosures. Sports a massive 200 watts @ 4 ohms.
Features include: 2 channels - Normal (ie. Clean channel) and Overdrive that has 2 different gain possibillities and contour knob. Send/return loop with dedicated volume controls. Build in reverb. Jack for footswich (reverb, channel select). Phones Jack. Line out.

Sound Quality : 9
It's very diverse in sound and it takes awhile to get into what you really can do with the different channel options etc. Especially if you use heavy distortion as I do. I'd say it's especially good for metal, heavy rock and other loud and evil stuff.

It's a solid state but you'll be amased how tube-like it sounds. Forget all about lame Marshall Valvestate sound. You can do marshall TUBE sound with thing and even better than that. I can't say I'm a big Marshall fan, but this thing is so diverse it doesn't matter if you are willing to put in the effort and work with your sound. I must admit it's VERY easy to get a metal sound on this thing, but stoner sound you need to work for. I play stoner rock and need a gritty tubey sound. This thing delivers with my current set up: Ephiphone Les Paul (with original Gibson LP pick ups) > Little Big Muff Pi > DOD Phaser > AMP.

On top of that it's 200 Watts and can play insanely loud, and before you know it you completely twart the sound of the other bandmembers. A lesson learned is always to tweak sound with the other guys around, so it's easy fit it into the overall soundpicture.

Reliability : 10
Seems build like a tank. I can't see how you should break this thing unless you hurl it from the top of a flight of concrete stairs!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them.

I've been playing for 6 years. Mostly metal and stoner. I'd buy this again if it was stolen. I know it's not a Sunn but you get kick ass value for the money. I've owned Marshall Valvestate 8080 (what a piece of shit), Hiwatt DR103 (wasn't loud and heavy enough at all! A 100W tube head!!).
