This one was made about 1965. Has got 12 tubes, and all of them are (maybe original) Telefunkens except one ECC83 which is Tungsram. I bought it a year ago in Hungary for 40000 HUF (approx. $180). The amp sounds good, but is quite noisy, and sometimes I hear some MW radio stations coming from the speaker :-) But this is not annoying, 'cause you don't hear it when playing. I play mostly rock 'n' roll and country, and this amp fits well for each of them. Has 25 Watts of power, so it's not a "bandmaster" but is very good for practicing.
This amp is very versatile, 'cause has got lots of channels: 2 independent channel with volume, bass and treble controls plus 2 HiFi (!) channels with depenent volume control, but common tone controls.
All of the channels sounds good, each of them has got its own style.
Has also got a spring reverb and a tremolo, but the tremolo is not working unfortunately.
Sound Quality

The sound of this amp is very cool for old style rock and roll and other clean (or little overdriven) sounding music, but also sounds cool with heavy distortion and AC/DC-like overdriven play.
Reliability
:

This amp is quite reliable, because never had a time when didn't work well, but it's very old, and I wouldn't use it on a concert.

I never contacted with the Hohner factory.

This amp is a very good and very versatile one, for that price.
