This amp is a 2001 model. It is a 50 watt two channel amp with reverb powered by two 6l6s that has a single input and two seperate control knobs that allow you to blend or jump the two channels. Both channels remind you of classic fender amps. Channel one resembles a black face super reverb while channel two a deluxe. I took the amp to a local vintage store and without too much effort was able to duplicate the sound of either of those amps or blend in a combination tone of both amps.

I have a 59 Les Paul reissue and play classic rock. This amp was made for Mick Taylor type Stones sounds. The amp is quiet and rattle free. I cannot emphasize enough the versatility of the two channel blend. It is easy to dial in the tone you I was looking for. The amps begins to distort at about half volume into a nice bluesy tone. The reverb is incredible. At lower volumes it is perfect for surfing

I have another Holland, a Gibb Droll ( a name which no matter why the amp was tagged with that label I would change), purchased in 1996 which has proven to be extremely reliable so I would expect this amp to be the same.

Before moving to Nashville a year ago customer service was sporadic at times. Sometimes messages would go unanswered then other times Mike would go out of his way and send tubes just to see what I thought. However since moving to Nashville he has been more reliable and this amp was delivered on time. Order time was 5 months.

Been playing 30 years and own another Holland 4X10 and a Matchless DC 30. If it were stolen I would definitely replace it. Great tone, looks cool. I chose this amp after considering a Victoria double deluxe because this amp matches the Victoria and then allows for more sound combinations. It was a simple matter of buying two Victorias, two black face fenders or one Holland.
