this amp has very few features, it has 1 reverb knob, 2 volume knobs that interact with each other and a presence knob which actually works great unlike other amps. 35 watts class a 1/12 combo with reverb. 6v6 power tubes, 5ar4 rectifier tube, 12ax7 preamp tubes

This is basically a turn the volume's up full blast, plug in and play amp. This amp is mike holland's vision of what a vintage class a amp should sound like, and mike has outdone himself, this amp is roughly based on a vintage gibson ga30 / ephiphone zephyr. this really is not only just an amp it is a musical instrument in itself. it was designed to use the volume pot on the guitar to control what sounds you want out of the amp, and believe me it has a kalidascope of tones. I can get a great fender bassman sound for the SRV stuff. Flat out it is great for zz top, ac/dc, stones, ted nuggent, ect.. You can have from ad/dc to a beautiful lush jazz tone, clean, articulate, and bursting with musical overtones with just a twist of the guitar's volumes pot. Just lighten up on your pick attack and it will put you in another demension of wonderful tones. it is like having an added instrument at you disposal, not just an amp! With both humbucker's or single coils it sounds great, from jazz to country, blues or classic rock this amp will excell, without a pedal it will do everything but heavy metal, with a pedal you can have it all.

This is a great little combo amp, nice reverb lots of bass and just a tone monster. I have compared it to the vintage amps that I have (about 25 of them) and this amp lacks just a little in distortion, but really excells in the articulation of each note, even when overdiven, each note just rings clean and clear. It makes me sound great. a very unique amp. I have owned marshalls, drz's, fenders bogner's and everything in between and would definitely recommend this amp. With so few features it may seem like a one trick pony but it is definitely not.
