Features as described here already. I use it for blues, rock and the likes, it is really versatile

Sound Quality : 10
Mostly, I use it with a 72 RI Tele Thinline. On clean channel combined with PU switch in mid, the sound is very, very clean and warm, almost acoustic. Then switch to the tube channel, PU bridge position, switch on the boost, and it's just brute force. With these two extremes and everything in between, the sound remains very clear. For blues and rock, it's a terrific amp with lots of power.

Reliability : No Opinion
Haven't got it for very long, so can't say much about it. Til now, though, no worries.

Customer Support : 7
It's a shame that even in the classics of their page, H&K doesn't say a word about it, let alone having manual or anything to download. Why they hide away this pearl??

Overall Rating : 10
Whether Tele thinline, Tele standard or ES-335, this amp is sheer joy to play. A bit defty in weight, but that's the price for the power it offers. I luckily boutht mine in 2006 for a couple of bucks, and it's great value for the money. If I ever saw another one, I'd buy it just to have another one of them.

Customer Support : No Opinion

It's an classic Amp with 2 Channels ! Clean with build in Compressor and an Tube Channel with boost switch and Gain, drive and volume.
The best thing is an voicing Unit witch you can switch behind the tube channel.
The connectors are an Input jack on the front side and send return, line out, caband headphone jacks on the backside. My Amp is build separated, an Top Amp and a 2x12" Box
It's an Mosfet Amp with an Real Tube Channel. It was one of the first Hybrid Amps wich H&K built.

Sound Quality : 10
I've got a Ibanez 540S guitar and use an Zoom GFX-8 Effect board with it on the Input Jack. I play all Kind of Music styles so the Bandwith in wich I use this Amp is really tall. The best thing on this Amp is the compressor wich is comined with the preamp volume. When you tune up the volume to 7 the compressor starts to wok in gives an real powerful sound like an Tube Amp. I'll love it.

Reliability : 10
I have never ever had problems with it since I've bought it. I bought it used so I don`t know what the preuser did with it. I'm an electrician so I opend it and saw no soldered or changed parts, so the Amp would done it's work very good, till now.

Customer Support : 10
I called H&K, because I wanted to change the tubes after alll the years, So iasked them if the could send me some new and a currentdrwing. They sended it a few adys later. Very frendly people at a friday afternoon.

Overall Rating : 10
Qoverall it's an very good amp, incase that its over 20 years old. It workes very proper. I would buy it again.

I bought mine in the late eighties if I remember correctly.
The amp is incredibly versatile - I remember listening to it against a Marshall and it blew the Marshall away!
The valve section is great for low volume overdrive sounds - the combo performs at all volume levels really well - and when you want it loud, man is it load!

Sound Quality : 10
You can't ask for more really - It's more than a basic amp, but if you want all the digital stuff just use a pod or something in line with the clean channel.

Reliability : 8
I had to change all the footswitches on the stage board after a couple of years - they'd all corroded and that wasn't beer spillage either! Recently I had to change a small decoupling capacitor which brought the -15 volt line down. Other than that it's been bulletproof

Customer Support : No Opinion
No reason to contact them so I don't know what they are like to deal with.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing thirty years and never had an amp like this one.
don't no what I'd replace it with. Just hope it lasts longer than me.

This Amp must be build in the middle of the 80's.

It comes with 2 Channels:

CLEAN with Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, Reverb
LEAD (2x ECC83) with Boost (On/Off switchable) Volume, Gain, Drive, Voicing( Bass, Mid, Treble, Edge, Presence)(On/Off switchable), Reverb

Additional to that comes MasterVolume and Compressor (Fast/Slow switchable)

The Channels are switchable through the Floorboard and Reverb, Boost, Voicing are On/Off switchable through the Floorboard.

The Combo is an closed one and has one 12" Celestion Vintage Speaker to push the bass and the deep tones better (bassreflection).

On the Rear, the Amp has an Midi-Section, HeadphoneJack, Effect-Loop, Carbinetulator-Out which simulates an 4x12" box for the mixer, Line-Out and 2 SpeakerOuts (2x80watt at 8 Ohm).

When your not driving an second speaker on the combo, the combo delivers 160watt direct to the Celestion. Waht a power.

Sound Quality : 10
I use it with an BC Rich Warlock, brutal sound, wow!!! and sometimes with an Cort S2600 with 3 OBL Humbucker for Blues and Hardrock.

The clean channel only distortes at full load (10 from 10).

The Distortion is enormous hard, you feel punished and beaten by the amp, because of the 2 ECC83 Tubes in the PreAmp, the astonishing 160Watt and the closed body of the combo with the bass pipe.

Reliability : 10
The Amp never broke down.
I could depend on it at stage.
Never been worry about bought it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them, but its hard to find information about this amp, because you only find one about the ATS thirty, the ATS sixty and the ATS 120. But this amp seems to be realy rar. Never found anyone else.

Overall Rating : 10
I've bought it used in the year 1996 and never been worry about it.
If I could found anyone else of this amp, I woulkd buy it to have two of them.
