Well, the features... It's a cab! ;)
Not really much to tell about that...
It features Celestion Greenback speakers (G12M), no wheels, and a solid metal grid to protect the speakers from any harm they might take.
I wish it had some corner protectors, but those would hurt the beautiful look I think, and if you take care of it, it shouldn't be much of a problem. The missing wheels isn't really a big problem either, since it's not THAT heavy. I owned an ENGL cab before, and it was a real curse for the traveling musician. I think it weights about 30kg, so pretty light-weight for it's sound.
the speakers take 100w, and can be driven mono (8Ohms) or stereo (2x4Ohms).
the cab is front loaded and doesn't have any tolex on it. it's finished AFAIK. if you have a TriAmp head, it looks just the same and matches nicely. :)

Sound Quality : 9
I have the slanted version and use it together with my TriAmp head (MK1 6l6), an intellifex, and mainly with an EMG loaded Jackson Rhoads.
My style ist mostly high gain-stuff, but I also apreciate it's cleans. I'm no big crunch lover to be honest, also I think the Greenbacks might suit this pretty well due to their low power capacity.
The combination with TriAmp head and cab just brought the head to real life IMO.
There you feel, that these two were made for each other.
The Cleans are warm and colorfull and I think they even added something to the gain. Maybe it's speaker distortion, but it sounds very organic and natural to me. I love it!
I've been thinking about getting a couple of V30s in maybe to add up to the Greenbacks sound, but it's just good as it is.
I'm consider going fullstack lately, and I'd for sure get another one.

Reliability : 9
I gig it without backup, it looks very durable to me.
Everything's rock solid and I don't think it will every let me down.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Just had very little use for the customer service, just some questions I've asked since so far nothing ever broke down yet, but I always got quick reply and my questions answered.
I'm not giving H&K a mark here, since I don't consider my questions as a real support contact.

Overall Rating : 9
I'm not giving it a ten, since I'm not sure if others wouldn't apreciate some wheels on this thing. Myself, I don't care, but at least it could have been an option. Though I'm not sure if these came with wheels, since I bought it second hand, but that's the only choice one has nowadays anyway since it's out of production.
It's great, but nobody is perfect IMO.

Anyway, I really love it's sound.
I've been playing for about eight years now, I've had a Marshall 1960AV and a straight vintage ENGL cab before, but I still don't regret I sold these.
The sound is clearly different compared to these 280+w cabs, but that's what I expected. The Marshall (though a nice cab itself) didn't get out too great in direct comparison with these two, the ENGL had a helluva punch and was built to survive anything you'd throw at it, and I settle the TC412 somewhere else. The sound is just not comparable, the Greenbacks are less punchy, but warmer, and distort great.
I just feel like it fits my needs perfectly.
I cut through the band mix without problems and it adds a nice warm note to any sound I dial in, no matter if it's dry distortion or some nice cleans with delay or whatnut...
Highly recommended!
