Everything I need. But - the sound is VERY directional, it needs to be miked up when gigging, or I run a Marshall 1936 cab from it, which also gives a little extra bottom end. No footswitch, so a mate made me one.

Sound Quality : 9
I used to have a Fender Twin Reverb, and I find the Hughes and Kettner is better in every way. I play a tele, strat and SG through it, all sound fantastic. The amp can handle country, ska, punk cheesy covers too. The sound has personality and bollocks. Awesome, really. The distortion can be muddy however, I use the gain channel, and fatten it up with a Boss OD3. Also, these amps can be a little toppy for some, but as I live for the tele twang I'm happy.

Reliability : 9
It's a faithful beast, and doesn't need babying. And unlike my old Twin, you can move the bloody thing without a fork-lift. The power chord did jump out once at a particularly load gig, but that's it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to call.

I searched for years and years to find this sound. If it was stolen I would replace it within 2-3 minutes. You should buy one.

Amp is a new 2000. It has 3 channel with 2 sets of EQ. Effects loop,Line out,Ext. speaker out and headphone. 12 inch Celestion speaker. Solid State. 100 watts. You have to Buy your own foot switch. I do not understand why one did not come with it. Amp retails at $749.00

Sound Quality : 10
I have a lot of different guitars. This amp sounds great with Humbuckers. The Clean is Fender clean, Crunch is very good and the lead channel can be dialed in to about anything except a Mesa Rec. sound

Reliability : No Opinion
I do not know how this one will do. I had a attax 100 once and it had a problem with the volumne swells I could not get it fixed to suit me so I traded it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I have not spoke too anyone

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for 30 years. I have had them all I think. This amp shares the upper room with 1968 Fender Super, Bassman 70, Johnson Jm120, Peavey Bandit 112 and a Mesa DC-3. It is a nice amp and I will hold on to it.I was thinking of getting a Carr Rambler which is a Very nice amp. I was going to send the HK back before it came in. This is a amp you have to play and hear to really like.
