This cabinet seems to do the trick for me I to got this used to be used for my Carvin X100B tube amp I play many different styles of music and it sounds out right for each rather it be old jazz or hard core ripping and shredding tones its covered in the same style of felt covering that my Carvin head has in it and the only thing I had to do was to put casters on it no complaints though as I seem to have gotten a steal on this one.

I play in a hardcore band and a screamo band and this cab screams. It meets any demands i have ever had from it great highs and lows. The other guitarest in my band plays threw a line 6 2-12 spider and the jackson will out sound it and the drum set anyday. I play a carvin 100w tube amp threw it and i get all the tones i can get out of it i bought it from a friend didnt really like the red speakers or the grill but it makes up for it in tone. the god damn thing is so heavy and had no casters so i had to put them on.

I have ben playing shows with this cab for about a year now and i used to bring a carvin 2-12 little cab as a back up. but after all i have put this thing threw i wouldnt think of it ever breaking. I have droped the cab off of a truck fallen over tons of times in the back of the same truck. the fury carpet stuff has saved me as well as the grill. if not for them there would be rips and tears every ware.besides its weight i have had no problums with it im not complaining ether. its nice to know its not going to break.

I guess it's early 90s. I play punk, metal, alternative and emo through it with a Randall Rh100. It's 16ohm mono and 120 watts with celestion vintage 30s. I found it at a pawn shop, it kicks ass pretty much.

I use an Ibanex AX120 with my Randall. It fucking rules, this cab handles anything I dish out.

It seems pretty reliable, I could probably drop it down the stairs and it'd be okay. It's got a huge metal grill on the front, heavy as hell.

I've been playing for like 2 or 3 years, i dont remember cause i started on bass 6 years ago then switched. If it were stolen I'd just get a Randall cab...I doubt i'd find this one again.

I use a Peavey 5150, Alesis 3630 Rackmount compression, and i play a Esp Viper 301 with a EMG 81 in the bridge. I originally thought the speakers where Eminence but a friend told me they where celestion for sure, I recently found out they are Eminence. Never craps out!

Very reliable it is as road ready as a cabinet could be without being set in a road case. Thick metal grill, what looks like support screws on the speakers and heavy /thick wood construction.

I just got a Jackson 4x12 in great condition at a pawn shop about a week ago. I cant really find any info on them on the web, it seems there pretty rare. It probably weighs around anywhere from 80-100 pounds. Its rated at 200watts stereo, has 2 stereo inputs, and 2 mono inputs.

I play alot of heavy crunch and loud cleans. This amp can wale. Its built like no cab ive ever used before. It doesnt have casters, as I believe a big cab sounds better grounded.

I use this cab with a Demeter TGA head, they match up fantastic,,smooth highs, sweet mids, and a tight piano like bass responce....the clean is very open and big,,,the distortion very smooth and wide,,easy to control. the leads cut very easy and the tones are easy on the ears,,,no harshness here....

i think i can roll this off a building, and it would survive...built like a tank....the speakers are very responsive, and seem to open up as you push them....i don't think i will blow these up any time soon....

Was made circa 1990 when Jackson was dabbling in amplifiers. Does all the frills that a speaker cabinet would need. Runs 4 ohms mono and 8 ohms stereo output. I've tried the 8 ohm stereo and it is a dream. More often though, I use the 4 ohm input. This amp is responsive enough to use at bedroom levels with a mid-wattage (25-50 watt) amp head, and really shines at concert levels. I believe the speakers are rated at 100 watts, specs are hard to come by for these things. They're extremely rare and with good reason.

I have been alternating between a solid state Fender RocPro 1000 and Marshall JCM2550 with this cab. For guitars I use either a modded Mexican Fender Strat or (more regularly) a Parker Fly Classic. As I stated before, the cab can handle very high volume from the 100 watt fender head blissfully. I think that it really shines with the all tube Marshall though. Cleans are crisp and dirty parts can go from all out distortion to crunchy jazz without the speakers missing a beat. Whisper quiet in silent parts due to the great noise-dampening that's been done to them. The speakers do not ever distort when on clean channel, but they do add warmth to the distortion. A paradox I don't quite understand, but definately approve of.

This thing is not built like a tank, but rather like the gates to a castle out of the Dark Ages. The black metal grill is distinctive and actually quite tasteful. The amp is carpeted for aesthetic purposes. The amp has never broken down, and most likely never will. In fact it had better not, because they don't make these amps any more.

Never dealt with them. I'm sure they wouldn't repair a model that's been out of production for this many years. I'm sure I could find a professional to handle it though. No waranty on vintage goods.

I have been playing for nearly ten years now, and along with the aforementioned amps, I own numerous bass guitar and acoustic guitar products as well as a few classical instruments. If this thing were stolen I would start looking for another one all over again. Definately. I love this thing's tone and versatility, it really doesn't get better than this. I know that this aspect of the setup seems trivial to most players, but neither amp nor guitar can shine without good speakers producing the noise. The matching cabinet isn't always the best option, just the easiest. Keep your ears open and don't close your mind prematurely.
