This cabinet fucks shit up in a big way. I play brutal thrash through this bitch and it pumps it out like a finely tuned Harley.
50w Eminence speakers (out of production), however Eminence does produce a V12 model that has the same size voice coil and cone that works beautifully as a replacement...only problem is, no Jackson logo on the cone. This cabinet has been used in practice halls, recorded on CD, and relied on for live performance. One of the original speakers blew, but still this cabinet puts out what I need. The cabinet is wired for mono or stereo performance.

Ibanez 7-string w/ Dean Markley double humbucker format.
For heavy metal, this cabinet can throw out the low end of a 7-string guitar smoothly instead of like a blistering fart like Celestion packed Marshalls. Yeah, the fucker is noisy, but I'm a noisy fucker! Lows, mids, and highs flow evenly from the cabinet with minimal feedback when I gain and volume and present. Clean, somber feeling comes out of this cabinet in equally great quality as the low end and distortion. Great all around performance equipment. Jackson fucked up by not pursuing this line of products any further.

Reliability : 10
I can depend on this thing to do what I need it to do without fail. The cabinet blew one speaker out on me, however finding a replacement from the original manufacturer was not difficult. The only cosmetic difference was that the Jackson logo is not present on the cone. Incidentally, I paid an artist to paint all 4 cones into eyeballs, and replaced the missing grille with chainlink painted fluorescent red. A black light is attached to my rig to make quite a visual presence. The only reason this rig broke down was because it was getting the shit beat out of it constantly.

Jackson was very helpful in helping me determine who the original manufacturer of the speakers in that cabinet were.
I replaced the speaker myself, and have needed no other repairs. No warranty on vintage equipment.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing 17 years. I run a Line 6 POD Pro rackmount effect processor and an Ampeg SS150 lead guitar head. Exclusively using Ibanez AX series 7-string guitars. If this were stolen or lost, I would steal from my own mother to get another one. This is pleasing to the eye, rugged for road travel, and reliable for delivery. I compared this cabinet to Marshall JCM 800, Peavey 5150, and Carvin Legacy...they just don't deliver smooth low end.
