I got it straight from the shop. in clean is clean, overdrive gives a good, not too high gain to the sound...but still enough to rock your face....don't think about metal.you got 1 channel with gain, master volume, volume, treble, bass, and middle control, on/off switch, headphone jack, a pedal jack and a jack for more speakers. its a 30 watts amp, but louder than the usual 30's... i'm using it between 0 and 2 in my room, as master volume. i wish it had a reverb, or a switch for overdrive.

well, I'm using it with a strat, 2 single-coil(mid-bridge set), and my Jackhammer is in the set too. I mostly play metal, or hard rock, and it fits it quite well, i only need the JH for metal, becouse of distortion sound. it's not noisy at all, only on max volume+gain, but even marshalls are...the amp makes a warm sound, sometimes it feels a bit much at bass, but if the owner plays a bit with the 3 knobs, you can make a goud rock sound with it.the clean channel remains clean even at 10. the distortion isn't a high-end gain distortion, its stops at rock. you may need a pedal for metal, i think.

never had to deal with them, but on their website, i've read that they are making the parts for the next 10 years.

i've been paying for more than a year now, i had a Vox pf-15, but since it's being stolen, i had to buy a new one. since i needed a big one, and hadn't an money, i bought that for $100. if it were stolen, im sure i'd buy another one like that. the only thing im really missing, is one more channel for the singer, but from a 30 watts amp, you cant expect it. if you want a good solid state amf, what is loud as hell an works well for a less money, this is your amp.
