Simple, old school amp, very reminiscent of the Princeton reverb-single channel, reverb and tremelo, high and low inputs. Has just what you need for a clean studio amp (12 watts or so).

Tube based (12AX7s, EL84s) with a bright clean tone and almost no overdrive. Speaker is nicely matched, but it doesn't like to be pushed (for instance with a tube overdrive), gets kind of harsh in a not good way. The reverb and tremelo are excellent for an inexpensive amp. It's happy with different guitars, sounds very similar to my Gibson GA79RVT (except mono, a pair of these would be a killer clean rig for chorus, though). I'm going to mark it down a little for nastiness when you push it too hard, but for a clean amp, it's just about perfect.

Well, Gibson made these in the 60s. No warranty, tough to find circuit diagrams but it's a simple amp. Durable, hand wired and almost any decent tech could likely fix it.

For a clean studio or church amp, this'd be hard to beat-great sparkling beatles tone.
