Features : 8
According to the website:
The Krank Krankenstein 4x12 Speaker Cabinet is a solid wood cabinet loaded with 4 - 12' Eminence Texas Heat speakers. It is a 16 Ohm Cabinet.

Sound Quality : 9
The cab is amazing for taking your sound to an entirely new level. The cabinet seems to help your amplifier head really cut through the mix. It's not as bassy as a Mesa Rectifier cabinet and it is just overall thicker than a 1960A. I ran my JSX head throughthrough the 1960A, Mesa Rectifier, and a Triple XXX and I have found that none of the three could provide the tightness and overall clarity that the Krank could provide. The Mesa was a little bit to bassy and muddy, the 1960A just didn't seem to have as thick of a sound for the progressive metal that I play, and the Triple XXX is just hte worst thing you can do to your sound.

Reliability : 10
This amp is built like a tank. A metal grill as opposed to the normal cloth, huge/well-built casters, and a completely solid wood design make for an amp that tips the scales at about 100 pounds. Very heavy but built well enough to take blows from a sledgehammer.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Had no experience with Krank's customer service but hey if it was good enough for Dime.

Overall Rating : 9
I have been playing for 3 years. I own a Dean From Hell/CFH, Schecter C-1 Classic, and a Fender Double Fat with a Floyd Rose and EMG 81's. I run through the JSX head an have used every cabinet and head combination there is. Overall this is the best cabinet I have ever used. It is expensive but it is well worth it. Great sound and a thumbs up from Dime are the oly two things you need and this amp has it. If stolen I would buy another and then hunt the thief down and castrate him. The Eminence drivers are just perfect for metal and the amp is built like a tank. I hate to sound like a Krank representative but there is nothing but praise that can be given to them and Dime for such an amazing amp.
