The features are awsome. All tube, gain for both channels (so the clean channel can have some crunch), tremolo and vibrato, nice verb. It has channel switching, effect switching and boost, all on foot controller. It also has an effects loop and a direct-out with cab. simulator for recording.

I use it with an older G&L strat. For how I play (punk/surf/psychedelic) there's nothing better. You can get both clean and crunchy out of the "clean" channel. The distortion channel has a nice warm, thick distortion.

Not good. I've had two now, and they both went the same way- loss of volume after about an hour of hard playing. Shut it down for five minutes and its good to go until it happens again. My second one has developed the same problem, as well as having a hum in the direct out.

Warranty is for 3 years. Unfortunately I have had a lot of occasion to deal with them for support (see overall rating). So far they have been good, replacing my defective amp for a new one, without much trouble. Unfortunately I'm experiencing more trouble with my new one. Again, see overall rating.

I'm on my second 72 hardtop. The first started having a drop in power after about an hour of playing. I would turn the amp off for five minutes and it would be fine again. Not good during a live show (which happened to me). They gave me a new one. Again, after a couple of months, the same problem- plus the direct out had a hum, so all recording had to be done with a mic. I love the sound of this amp, as well as the lay-out and features. It could just be bad luck, but twice in a row...
