I'm not sure what year this amp is, I think its 1998-1999. This amp is good for what styles I play which is 80s metal, neoclassical, and blues. It has 2 channels, it didn't come with a foot switch but one is available for this model. Some of the controls on the dirty channel shouldn't of been put in cause they only sound pleasent when they are all the way up. It has external speaker jack, insert, no headphone jack though. The amp I used before this one was because I was putting a band togather and my Park g10R wasn't heard over my friends drums, so I bought this 80 watt amp. It can be heard over the drums easily at half way up the volume. It is good for what I use it for. It sounds good with the band.

I use a 1994 Jackson Professional King V. It's got two Jackson humbuckers. My guitar and amp is a good combunation for my style, which is 80's metal. This amp was alot quieter then my previous amp which I mentioned before. As you turn the volume for the dirty channel up, you have to turn the gain down, cause it squeals really nasty when it's cranked and the gain is up. This amp doesn't have much variety for sounds. You can put it on clean, and tweak the sound a little, but most of the time you won't really notice that much of a difference. But what the hell, what do you got pedals for. The clean channel gets a little distorted at about 7/10 on the clean channel volume, but I can fix that when I turn the guitar volume down a little. The distortion isn't that good. I like to use some kind of pedal to take care of that. This amp is really loud though. Really loud.

Reliability : 10
I can depend of this amp for sure. I've had it for around five months and I've never had a problem with it, I crank it up frequently. I'd use it on a gig without a backup. Because I can't afford a backup. Plus it is pretty reliable.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I've never dealt with the company. I'm not sure the warranty.

I've been playing five years. I own a Dunlop Crybaby, and a Digitech RP-7. If it was lost or stolen, I think I'd try a new amp, cause I like buying new gear, and I didn't really shop around to buy this amp, but nonetheless I think I made a good choice.
