Althought in very good condition, the writing setting out details of the output, serial number, etc. have worn off the back panel of this combo. As well as the usual eq it has toggle switches for lead, bass and klipp channels. These are not mutually exclusive and excellent tones can be achieved by combining them. The combo is quite tall, and the grill cloth is black with silvery, sparkly bits. Probably made late 60s early 70s.

Been using with a Fender Highway 1 strat and an MD Gibson Double Cutaway copy with retrofit Kent Armstrong PAF pickups. Superb warm, tubey sounds. Not a huge amount of volume, so probably about 30 watts output imho.

Still going - what can I say.

Laney's original operation still continues. Never had any need to use it, however.

Beautiful, rare and versatile combo. Lovely warm tones. Too small in terms of output for serious gigging, but seriously special for small gigs and home use. Prepared to lend this and my other vintage amps as amplification / props for period TV programmes and films.
